Beautiful writing and beautiful observations from you as always my friend. I truly believe it is indeed testament to doing the work. Which will hold you through all of life’s plot twists, always. Xx
So beautifully written. 'great' news amongst this shit news is they caught it so early - 4 weeks old!
I don't personally believe 'everything happens for a reason' but I do believe 'glimmers' can sometimes (not always 🤔) be seen amongth the shittiest of situations -🙏 for many glimmers to come your way!! Sending so much love ❤️
Thanks Rosie. I am sure I will be able to conjure up a reason in years to come but no I don't believe in it either!! Thank you. There will no doubt be joy bolts along the way.
Hi Helen I hadn't realised you had had a cancer diagnosis , I missed that on Instagram. I am so glad you are okay and alive . It's good to read that. Lots of love to you
Helen, my heart breaks for you. Despite the storm that is brewing, know that you are in my prayers. And if you need anything, I'm here. I'm grateful to have you as my connection in the fertility and writing world! Love, Sophie!!
The two week wait, from infertility to cancer. That jumped out at the page to me.
I’ve read going through infertility is adjacent to the stress of cancer, perhaps this is a road well travelled and your skill box full of ways to cope?
Looking forward to reading more of how you’re managing and what work is helping you most in this time. 💚
Thanks so much for messaging Sheila. I have heard this but hadn't recalled it until today. I will have full comparisons to make soon! I am thankfully well resourced.
